Supply times:

Our delivery time is between 7-14 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) to the customer’s home by the shipping company DHL

On the morning of the delivery, a courier will contact you to coordinate delivery, and about half an hour before arrival, a courier from the delivery company will contact you for confirmation.

Although we do not exceed the delivery times, in the event of an exception, we will notify you in advance.

In cases of force majeure (such as Corona, extreme weather conditions, Black Friday, Holiday, New Year, etc.) delivery times can change and the site team will not take responsibility in this regard.

Cancellation Policy (Can be canceled before the product leaves our warehouse):

You can cancel a transaction within 14 days, from the day you receive the product.

We do offer a 7 days return-for-exchange policy, if you have any size issues please let us know, However, we don’t offer a return for a refund.
